We've made it easy for you to see all our upcoming working bees and events for 2026. This schedule provides specific dates, potential reschedule dates in case of weather, and notes to help you prepare. Your participation is vital for restoring the Rosecamp Road and Foreshore to its native glory!

  • March: Saturday 14 March (Reschedule: Saturday 21 March)
  • May (Planting Month): Sunday 17 May (Reschedule: Sunday 24 May)
  • June (Planting Month): Saturday 13 June (Reschedule: Saturday 20 June)
  • August (Planting Month): Sunday 16 August (Reschedule: Sunday 23 August)
  • September (Planting Month): Saturday 12 September (Reschedule: Saturday 19 September)
  • October (Planting Month): Sunday 18 October (Reschedule: Sunday 25 October - note: Labour Day weekend would be the reschedule date so may simply have to not have a reschedule date for this one)

Please note: There are no working bees scheduled for April, July, or November unless a previous event is cancelled and needs rescheduling.

Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for you to join us. Each event listed includes:

  • Specific date of event: Mark your calendars!
  • Reschedule date: If weather conditions prevent us from working safely, we'll shift the event to the following week.
  • Notes: Any additional important information for that specific working bee.

Coordinating committee meetings

For our dedicated committee members, please note the coordinating committee meeting dates, held on the first Saturday of each month at 9 am:
